What to expect

"It's not often that you can find an artist who is accessible, responsive, and incredibly talented. Jennifer has brought to life so many wonderful projects that I have been able to enjoy myself and gift to loved ones. During the process Jennifer is easy to communicate my needs to, and responds quickly to concerns and questions. Jennifer checks in with me during the development of every project. I highly recommend her and her beautiful art."  Christy, client.

  1. We’ll chat over email or phone to determine your needs, budget, and timeline.
  2. In 5-7 business days, I’ll send you a design idea, timeline, and price to approve. You’ll be able to suggest changes to the design, colors, size, etc.
  3. If the changes you want are significant ( such as choosing a completely different animal, house, overall concept, etc.) there’s a $50 re-design fee.
  4. Once approval is made, you’ll pay ½ the total cost.
  5. Once down payment is received, the work begins!
  6. You’ll have other opportunities to approve things along the way as well. Such as; before firing the clay sculpture, and after painting (before the final protective sealant is applied.) With your permission, I’ll post work-in-progress shots on Instagram.
  7. When the piece is complete, I'll let you know and we’ll work out shipping/delivery options.
  8. You’ll get your piece and be amazed that it looks even better in person.
  9. You’ll pay the final ½ of total cost upon receipt.
  10. You’ll be happy! I’ll be happy!
